Our mission is to promote access to children's behavioral health resources in Wyoming to strengthen provider skills and enhance patient care. This webpage offers information on available care support programs, educational resources, information pertaining to Medicaid billing and reimbursement, and provider directories.
Integrated Care Support
There are several services available to support Wyoming clinicians in providing mental health care to children and youth.

Wyoming Partnership Access Line (PAL)
A Free Mental Health Consultation Resource for WY Providers
The Wyoming PAL program offers free, same-day psychiatric consultation for healthcare providers working with children and adolescents. Pediatricians, primary care providers, and other clinicians can speak directly with child and adolescent psychiatrists for diagnostic support, medication questions, and care planning.

Wyoming Care Management Entity
The Care Management Entity (CME) supports Wyoming children and youth with complex behavioral health needs by coordinating services across systems. All children in Wyoming who meet the criteria are eligible to apply for CME services.

Educational Resources
Discover children's behavioral healthcare educational resources. This includes access to FREE Continuing Medical Education (CME) courses, on-demand trainings, and resources for providers.

American Academy of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
Healthcare providers can access a series of clinical training modules at no cost. Modules are eligible for CME credit. By completing a brief form with basic licensing and practice information, eligible providers will receive a coupon code worth up to $199 to enroll in select Clinical Essentials courses. ECHO Colorado offers free, expert-led training series designed to support healthcare providers in managing pediatric mental health in primary care settings.​
​
Note: You will need to create a free ECHO Colorado account to access training content. CME credit is not available for recorded sessions.
Medicaid Billing Information
In an effort to encourage the delivery of pediatric behavioral health care by primary care providers, Wyoming Medicaid has opened HCPCS G2211, effective 6/1/2025. Providers who are actively treating clients aged 0-20, with a behavioral health diagnosis, and an established and ongoing care relationship, may bill this add code in addition to their office visit. This code is limited to 1 unit per visit.

​​The Association for the Treatment and Prevention of Sexual Abuse (ATSA) provides a directory of certified providers specializing in the treatment of individuals who have committed sexual offenses, including both juveniles and adults.​​
​
Best practice recommends referring individuals to an ATSA-certified provider to ensure they receive care from professionals trained to address their specific treatment needs.
